Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Reem Industries, we strive to ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us with your order details.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
     

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is delivered.

  • Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product.

    • If the wrong product has been delivered to you.

    • If the product is missing from your order.

  • All refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing images/videos for verification.
     

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
     

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.
