1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To request cancellation, please contact us with your order details.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is delivered.

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged or defective product.

If the wrong product has been delivered to you.

If the product is missing from your order.

All refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing images/videos for verification.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Orders cancelled after dispatch.
